Starting a Return

If you need to return an item, please contact us at veratrum.apparel@gmail.com with your order information. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. We are unable to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
